    Yes. The post & core scanning workflow becomes available during order creation once the device is connected.

  • Does AutoScan-DS-EX Pro (H) support third-party CAD software?

    Yes. The software is integrated with exocad, enabling one-click order import for design. It also supports launching scanning workflows directly from exocad.

     

  • Does AutoScan-DS-EX Pro (H) support articulator scanning?

    Yes. It supports scanning and data transfer to exocad for major articulator brands, including Bio-Art, KaVo, SAM, Artex, and Baumann.

     

  • Can AutoScan-DS-EX Pro (H) scan gingiva and metal materials?

    Yes. For translucent materials such as gingiva, enabling HDR mode improves data acquisition. For highly reflective materials like metal, powder spraying before scanning is recommended.
